In line with our commitment to improving community health, public welfare and medical infrastructure under the Bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, the Bank has partnered with the government-run Ayodhyanagar Swasthiya Chauki (Ayodhyanagar Health Post) in Dhangadhimai Municipality, Siraha. Established in 2052 B.S., this public health center has served as a critical frontline healthcare provider for over three decades, offering essential medical assistance to poor, vulnerable and marginalized rural populations.
To enhance the delivery of basic healthcare and provide a more supportive environment for patients, the Bank stepped forward to upgrade the facility's clinical and waiting infrastructure. Under this initiative, the Bank sponsored the procurement of essential medical and electronics equipment, including Outpatient Department (OPD) beds, specialized cold-storage units for medical supplies, robust steel patient waiting benches and facility flooring upgrades. This intervention directly improves the comfort and care provided to local patients, streamlines clinical operations and strengthens grassroots medical resources in the region.
