Provided relief fund for people affected by the recent flood in Nepal

Recent floods in various parts of Nepal have caused significant loss and hardship, affecting the lives and livelihoods of numerous individuals and families. The disaster has caused damage to homes, property and essential infrastructure creating an urgent need for relief, rescue, rehabilitation and recovery support.

As a responsible corporate organization, Kumari Bank Limited remained committed to extending support to communities during times of national crisis and contributing to the country's disaster response and recovery efforts through its Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.

In view of the humanitarian situation arose from the recent floods, Kumari Bank Limited provided a total relief support of NPR 30,000,000.00 (Thirty Million Rupees Only) under its CSR initiatives. The proposed amount was deposited into the account of Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund, for the purpose of supporting relief, rescue, rehabilitation and recovery efforts for the people affected by the recent floods in Nepal.
