In line with the Bank’s commitment to promoting quality education and digital learning under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program – Education Pillar, the Bank provided support to Shree Jana Uddhar Secondary School, Budhanilkantha Municipality-13, Gamcha, Kathmandu through the provision of three units of computers and one unit of printer. The school serves students primarily from economically disadvantaged and low-income families and has been striving to enhance access to quality education and digital learning opportunities.
The support was provided to strengthen the school’s computer education facilities, improve students’ access to technology, and promote digital literacy among learners. The computers and printer are expected to support practical computer-based learning, enable students to develop essential digital skills, and enhance the overall teaching-learning environment. Through this initiative, the Bank aims to help bridge the digital divide and provide students from underprivileged backgrounds with greater access to technology-based educational resources.
