      Bank provided support to Shree Ne. Ra. Sitaram Mahato Secondary School for the installation of a water purifier tank in the school premises and distribution of school bags to 150 girl students.

      The school currently accommodates more than 500 students, among them 150 are girls who belong to economically disadvantaged and marginalized families with very poor financial backgrounds. The majority of the students enrolled are from Dalit and underprivileged communities, including Mushar, Muslim and Sudi castes, who face multiple social and economic challenges in accessing basic education and essential services.

      The installation of a water purifier tank enhanced access to safe drinking water, thereby contributing to better health outcomes, while the distribution of school bags supported educational inclusion and encouraged regular attendance among girl students.
