Support to Belaka Nagar Hospital for Patient Seating Facilities

In line with the Bank’s commitment to supporting healthcare services under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program – Health Pillar, the Bank provided support to Belaka Nagar Hospital through the procurement and distribution of 15 pairs of 3-seater chairs. The initiative was undertaken to improve patient waiting areas and enhance the comfort of patients and visitors accessing healthcare services at the hospital.

The support aimed to assist the hospital in managing patient flow and providing adequate seating arrangements for patients, senior citizens, pregnant women, and accompanying family members within the OPD and birthing centers. By improving the hospital’s basic infrastructure, the initiative contributed to creating a more comfortable, accessible, and patient-friendly healthcare environment, particularly for individuals from low-income and vulnerable communities residing in the hospital’s service area.
