Promoting School Hygiene and Sanitation: Supporting Waste Management at Shree Rastriya Secondary School

In alignment with our dedication to improving quality education and fostering a healthy learning environment under the Bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, the Bank has partnered with Shree Rastriya Secondary School in Aanpgachhi, Sunsari. As a well-reputed government school offering education in both English and Nepali mediums, the institution is dedicated to serving students from economically disadvantaged and underprivileged backgrounds.

Recognizing that proper sanitation is fundamental to student health and well-being, the Bank stepped in to bridge the resource gap in the school's waste management facilities. Through this initiative, the Bank supported the purchase and installation of dedicated dustbins across classrooms and school premises in time for the new academic session. This contribution aims to promote better sanitation practices, encourage students to develop responsible waste disposal habits and ensure a cleaner, healthier environment for learning and growth.
