Enhancing Health and Hygiene in Schools: Providing Clean Drinking Water to Shree Kamadhenu Secondary School

In alignment with our dedication to improving quality education and student well-being under the Bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, the Bank has extended its support to Shree Kamadhenu Secondary School. Located in Ghiring Rural Municipality, the school is deeply committed to providing education to students coming from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds, persevering despite limited resources and infrastructure challenges.

Recognizing that access to clean drinking water is fundamental to a healthy learning environment, the Bank stepped in to support the school's water infrastructure. Through this initiative, the Bank has provided large-capacity water tanks to ensure a reliable and continuous supply of clean drinking water throughout the school day. This contribution directly benefits the school's 272 students and 20 teaching staff, promoting better health, hygiene and a more conducive environment for learning and growth.
