Enhancing Classrooms and Fostering Inclusion: Supporting Underprivileged Students in Siraha

In alignment with our dedication to improving quality education, child welfare and social inclusion under the Bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, the Bank has partnered with Shree Janta Aadharbhut Bidhyalay. Located in Todke, Golbazar Municipality, Siraha, this long-standing government school provides foundational education to a large student population, primarily serving children from economically disadvantaged and marginalized backgrounds.

Recognizing that modern learning resources and a sense of institutional belonging are essential for a child's academic development, the Bank stepped forward with a multi-faceted educational aid intervention. Through this project, the Bank supported the school by introducing interactive smart classroom technology to elevate digital learning, providing comprehensive stationery kits, and offering sports goods to encourage physical health. Additionally, to ensure all children can adapt to the school's newly implemented institutional dress code, the Bank sponsored tailored school uniforms and sportswear. This holistic contribution aims to reduce absenteeism, boost student morale and create an equal, dignified learning environment.
