Targeted for individuals who want to buy electric microbuses or minibuses and operate public transport services.

Key Features: 

• Empowering Individual Operators: An ideal opportunity for individual to independently start or expand eco-friendly public transportation services.
• Finance for Electric Microbus & Minibus: Intended to facilitate the acquisition of electric, pollution-free EMBS, contributing to the promotion of sustainable and clean public transportation systems in Nepal.
• Subsidy on Down Payment: Public transport operators will have the option to avail various subsidy schemes—such as per-seat–based subsidies, accessories-based subsidies, first-installment subsidies, and scrapping-based subsidies—for the purchase of electric motor vehicles (EMVs) with a seating capacity of 11 or above. These vehicles must be procured from SET4NPL-listed suppliers, including CG Motors, MAW, NEV, Shasheela, Pooja, Sipradi and other approved vendors.
• Attractive Interest Rate: Special loan rates tailored for eco‑friendly public transport entrepreneurs.
• Hassel Free: The scheme’s design promotes faster turnaround, elevated customer satisfaction and consistent excellence in service delivery across all branches
