To support Nepal Rastra Bank’s directive on capital enhancement and to serve customers better, Kumari Bank has expanded through strategic acquisitions such as Kasthamandap Development Bank Ltd., Paschimanchal Finance Co. Ltd., Mahakali Bikash Bank Ltd., Kankrebihar Bikash Bank Ltd. (Acquired on Asadh 2074) and Deva Bikas Bank Limited (Joint operation from Asadh 28, 2077).
Most recently, Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited merged with Kumari Bank, and the unified entity has been operating under the name Kumari Banl Limited since January 01, 2023.
