      Lounge Key is a global network of airport lounge that strives to provide a fresh approach to Airport Lounge entry. Lounge facility at airports, though may seem lucrative, is accessible only to First class and Business class passengers for free while other passengers are required to pay a hefty entry fee to use the lounges. This new facility by Lounge Key enables customers of Kumari Bank to avail lounge facility regardless of customer’s ticket class.

      Eligibility Criteria:

      • Lounge Key applicant must have minimum deposit (FD/Savings) of NPR 5 lakhs with Kumari Bank to be eligible for this facility.

      • Customer must avail Visa Domestic Debit card/International Credit Card/Travel Card from Kumari Bank (Card Number Starting from 496646 or 420611)

      Application procedure:

      • Customer needs to provide application for availing Lounge Key facility through Kumari Bank branches.

      • Customers need to deposit $300 in order to apply for Lounge Key Service. 

      • Customer will receive an email confirmation regarding the activation of Lounge Key service by the Bank. It may take maximum of up to one week for the Lounge Key facility to be enabled in customer’s visa card.

      • Customer can use digital membership (only for dollar card i.e. Card Number starting from 420611) or their Lounge Key registered Visa domestic debit card to enter into any Lounge associated with Lounge Key all over the world

      • The amount as per actual visit fee will be debited against the USD account of the customer. In case the customer is eligible for complimentary visit to the lounge, the customer will be refunded the NPR amount equivalent to actual visit fee in the NPR account maintained at Kumari Bank.

      Criteria for Complimentary Visits for Kumari Bank Customers:

      • 5 free visits per year to Airport Lounges for customers holding deposit of NPR 50 million and above.

      • 3 free visits per year to Airport Lounges for customers holding deposit between NPR 10 million to NPR 50 million

      • 2 free visits per year to Airport Lounges for customers holding deposit of NPR 2 million to NPR 10 million

       

      The lounges' benefits vary greatly depending upon which airport lounge is visited by customer, however following are some typical benefits:

      • Complimentary, secure WiFi

      • Complimentary drinks and refreshments

      • Comfortable seating in quiet areas

      • Power outlets

      • Showers (in some locations)

      • Fully-stocked bars (in some locations)

      • Meeting rooms or business facilities (in some locations)

      (* Customer shall be charged actual visit fee per visit per individual to receive complimentary benefits)

      Additional benefits beyond lounge access include:

      • No need to carry an extra card – your Kumari Bank card is your Lounge Key member card

      • Cardholders need not pay at the Lounge to avail the complimentary services
