Documents required for loans:

Documents required to be submitted along with loan application form

• Photocopy of citizenship card of applicant (original will have to be shown)
• Bank statement for the last 6 months where income by all means have been deposited
• Details of loan taken from any other financial institution for the last 12 months and also loan outstanding.
• Photocopies of land ownership certificate, receipt of the last land tax paid and blue print of the land.
• Photocopy four bgoundaries cerficate
• Construction permit letter
• Blueprint and approved map of land and building
• Bill of quantity (cost estimate) by the applicant's own consultants.

Income Certification

• Salary certificate if applicant has income from salary
• Photocopy of pension identify card, which has the name, pension amount and tenure of pensioner mentioned.
• For all business incomes
  
1. Photocopy of business registration certificate, renewed tax certificate of PAN Card
2. Audit report of the company of firm of the last 2 years.
3. International Audit report of companies/firms paying VAT / TAX
4. Photocopy of board minute of the company / firm or institution relating to the loan.
